This is an extended 16 round .40 S&W Springfield Armory factory replacement magazine for Model XD(M) Compact 40 S&W guns made to the same standards as the magazines that came from the factory with the gun. This replacement magazine is original equipment and is manufactured in the same factory as the magazines that came with the gun to the exact same specifications and tolerances and use the same manufacturing materials as the original parts which guarantees excellent fit and reliable operation.

Comes with an extension that slides down over the top of the high capacity magazine and fills the gap between the bottom of the grip frame and the base of the magazine. The #1, #2, #3, tells you which backstrap it is compatible with. #1 is small, #2 is medium, #3 is large.
